Ugh, SIP has been extended. Now what?
We hear you. We were getting very excited to pop the bubbly. Unfortunately getting our WOD's on in person will have to wait a little longer.
However, we are still going strong with programming and posting at-home WOD's. And equipment is still available for check-out with your active membership. So, if you haven't signed-up already, do so now and send an email to arrange for equipment pick-up.

Got the SIP blues? Try adding some movement to the mundane.
Idea 1: Squats + Toothbrushing, say what!?
Squat it out while your brushing those pearly whites.
Idea 2: Work your lower abs while binging your shows. #sixpacksaturdaynight
Tighten and hold the ab muscles for 10 second increments during commercial breaks. Breath out, in, then repeat. Bonus: sit up, drop the shoulders, lift the jaw, and relax the face for a more complete mind-body connection. Yes, all while relaxing on the couch.
Idea 3: Dishwashing Flamingo!? You know it!
While at the kitchen sink, work on your balance by standing on one leg for 30 second increments. Switch legs. Challenge: Raise to a low heel on your standing leg for a little extra.
Pat yourself on the back, you multi-tasking extraordinaire.
