Our First Week!
We celebrated Sonoma Training's first week while sheltering-in-place. While not exactly the opening we were hoping for, we are making the most of it with complimentary Home WOD's, equipment check-outs (free with your membership!), and so much more in the works.
Wednesday's Equipment Check-Out
It was so great seeing so many of you bright & early on Wednesday morning to pick-up your equipment. It was a real boost! If you couldn't make it on Wednesday but are interested in equipment check-out, please send an email. Reminder, this is free for active members!
Last week was week 1 of onboarding WODHopper. Many of you are getting familiar with the interface with our Home WOD postings. It's been awesome to see the online leaderboard (woot woot Sergio for dominating Burpees on Thursday). The Shelter-In-Place will continue through the end of April with projections for the cases of COVID-19 to increase this month. Please stay safe and strong. A strong respiratory system is paramount to staying healthy. To help with that, we're throwing a MAX BURPEE CHALLENGE. Post your total day's burpee count to the WODHopper Scoreboard each day to see how you stack up!
